The hotel's cleanliness, with guests consistently noting the spotless facilities and fresh ambiance. The prime location near yongningmen mrt and drum tower is popular among many visitors, The hotel staff very good english we was chat thru wechat very recomended this hotel

Location is convenient, bit hard to find, receptionist wasn't available at the time of check in so we had to get in contact through wechat, however this didn't change much and the process was quick and smooth

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location. Close to the metro station
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Easy check in/out, all necessary provided.
I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep night:)

I find that the location was good for a subway station but to get to the actual Homestay was a huge annoyance. Had to ask people where to locate this place. Albeit, when we did arrive there the place reeked of smoke. We left the window open and it was gone, I do like how there is 3 AC's though. One in living room and 2 in the bedrooms. So that gave me a nice cozy feel!

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

The overall experience was great! It was really clean and the customer services were attentive. However i wish there were more chairs instead of 4 chairs as there was no sofa. And other things can be improved like the toilet door had no lock and the door was semi-transparent.

Hotel is hard to find. Had to ask around to find it in the 7th floor in a seemingly residential Building. The room was nice but different from the ones on the pictures.
